Pattern: Wisp from Knitty
Yarn: A little over one ball of Patons Lacette in Cream
Time to Complete: October 1, 2007 to November 28, 2007
Notes: Once I got going on this, it really didn't take too long.  It's a very simple pattern and I'm quite happy with the outcome.  I did extra repeats since my gauge was off and ended up with pretty much the same finished measurements as the pattern.  I'm not sure if I like the poncho look--but if I don't wear it like that it defeats the purpose of the buttons.  And I love the buttons!
Just cheap-o things from JoAnns, but they're pretty!  Now I'm off to www.etsy.com to order some presents after being disappointed by my real-life shopping experience today. :)

Very cute! I don't really love the poncho look on you either. What if you turn the points down your arms?

I shopped etsy for xmas on friday!! Way easier than actually leaving the house to shop! Hmmm... your xmas presents all came from etsy!!! yeah!!!

Too bad it turned out a little big...the fabric is so pretty!

I think it looks great! I like the way you have it in the first picture - more like wrap with the buttons on the edge. Nice!

So pretty! Have you tried figuring out how they turned it into a hood? That could be fun.

I've had a lot of success with cheap-o buttons from craft stores lately. Gotta love it.

Wow! Your Wisp looks ever so beautiful - really delicate and fragile! I also adore the little buttons, they go along so well with it! Excellent work indeed!

Wisp is very pretty, even if it's poncho like, and the buttons are lovely.

So pretty! You can still see the buttons in the first photo, but it's nice that it's versatile.

I'm envying your hot weather down there, that your FO photo has you wearing short sleeves. Lucky girl!
